Small and medium enterprises play a major role in the assessment of the economy of countries and the elimination of unemployment. It transcends regional borders and helps to meet the needs of different citizens of important goods, which are sometimes not available due to different political and economic conditions. Many countries, especially developing countries, pay great attention to small projects. The main objectives of the Income Management Department are to keep abreast of progress and technological development. Small enterprises are suited to low-income people, providing them with goods, services and products at lower prices commensurate with their limited potential. It is aimed at developing countries and helps in the elimination of unemployment, especially among young people and women, where their efforts are invested in simple hand-made projects. These are commercial and productive investments that aim to employ the energies and efforts in a small and simple project with a capital of not less than hundred thousand UAE dirhams, to limit the number of workers in small projects and investments to no more than fifty workers. The activities and fields of small projects vary between craftsmanship, trade and hands that depend on individual skills and abilities. Developing countries have recently begun to turn to the importance and role of small enterprises in order to help them in starting and implementing their small projects in order to help drive the development movement and employ and exploit the energies of young people. The State should provide information and data that contribute to raising the level of knowledge and understanding of the importance of small projects in the elimination of unemployment and increase national income in a manner that helps in encouraging young people to invest in them and the state must make some decisions and provide adequate financial support to help in the task of young people and those wishing to establish their own investment.
