The current version has shown two qualities enjoyed by Arab-speaking football fans, whose comments and participations have contributed to the diversity of social media. Ignorance, in addition to racism, were the two main characteristics of the Arab fan who had brought up the sport, and tried to finance history, not less. It has moved away from encouraging sport in its own right, replacing political, historical, and intellectual projections on the green rectangle, so that ignorance with racism merges with the simplicity and narrowness of the Arab man. England and France and before them Belgium are racist countries. This happens at a time when these societies have evolved more than 50 years ago, and societies have become multiculturalism to the degree of men and women of diverse ethnic and religious backgrounds, regardless of whether they are not white or Christian. This also occurs at a time when manifestations of such cultural pluralism are being prevented in the countries and the whole of Eastern Europe. Alongside the phenomenon of encouraging these teams, there was also a lesser phenomenon, which was encouraged by the Belgian team, especially in their matches, also against England and France. The Belgian team has been encouraged by the Arabs because Belgium is not a colonial country. It is a great disaster for colonialism to be abbreviated in English and French because we are concerned only with them, while forgetting, or not, to preserve the basis and our inspiration. Most Western European countries have practiced colonialism, albeit with fewer forms than English and French.
