The United Arab Emirates drew inspiration from its values and ethics, laws and regulations, which embodied its tenets which believe that the process of building Human behavior, ethics and mental and physical capabilities are at the forefront of the goals and priorities. Even before it declared its commitment to the international covenants, and treaties on human rights, it sought to include in its federal constitution what it saw as fundamental social and economic pillars that must be preserved, such as:
– Equality and social justice and the provision of security and tranquility and equal opportunities for all citizens of the pillars of society and mutual support and compassion link and trust them.
– The family is the basis of society, based on religion, morality and patriotism. The law guarantees its existence, protects it and protects it from deviation.
– The community includes child care and motherhood and protects minors and other persons who are unable to care for themselves for reasons such as illness, disability, old age or forced unemployment, and assists and rehabilitates them for their benefit and for the benefit of society.
– Education is a key factor in the progress of society and is mandatory at the elementary level and free in all its stages within the Union.
– The community provides health care, means of prevention and treatment of diseases and epidemics and encourages the establishment of hospitals, clinics and public and private treatment centers.
– The society appreciates the work as a cornerstone of its progress and works to provide it to the citizens and qualify them, and creates the appropriate conditions for this, including the legislation that protects the rights of workers and the interests of employers in the light of advanced international legislation.
– The national economy is based on social justice and is based on sincere cooperation between public activity and private activity. Its objective is economic development, increasing production, raising the standard of living and achieving prosperity for citizens within the limits of the law.
