From total will to public will
The world’s best things will not be worth anything unless they are represented in an individual person. The people call those who represent those things the great men and the world revolves around the innovators of values, this is what we call “the normal course of the world.” The clown is a clever and intelligent man, but he lacks awareness of his talent and intelligence, for he, and always, believes only in what it drives others to believe and trust in him and the third is the day after tomorrow, as it is, and just as the people are completely, fluctuating moods, very alert senses.
