In contrast to the popular belief that smart government is only a collection of applications on smart mobile devices, we believe that smart government is the natural evolution of the               e-government model that we have experienced over the past decade. At the same time, on the Internet through web applications and electronic portals and their formulation in a way that usually reflects the life events of the citizen and the package of business services (Life Events & Business Episodes), the smart government and its applications to complement what has been built and investment by approaching more than citizen on the one hand, direct and simultaneous interaction with data prevalent in society and economic and social security and its components on the other. Smart sensors, which are connected to the Internet, such as urban security surveillance cameras, climate sensors, power and power consumption devices connected to the government Internet network, and other intelligent sensors have evolved and helped develop a new electronic environment that the government could benefit from, operation and maintenance of its services in a more efficient, less expensive and less prone to human errors or administrative excesses. The new developments will lead to many modifications to e-government models, including appropriate updates to the Government Interoperability Framework, so that the new data sources and formats fit into the government’s back-end systems.
